License/Serial Number Invalid for XE 2016

I have an educational license that is valid until 7th June 2016 under which I have just been offered XE 2016 Cluster Edition (all tools).

I have downloaded this but none of the activation methods worked with my serial number or license file.

I was able to install it for evaluation but I find that two components (Data Analytics Acceleration Library and Parallel Studio XE 2016 Cluster Edition) are shown as expiring on September 26th.  Other components that installed at the same time show the correct expiry date of 7th June 2016.

How do I obtain a valid serial number (or license file) for these two components?

Education licenses are not yet offered for version 2016. The expiration date of 26th Sep. is for the 2016 BETA licenses you may have installed on the same system. What you would need is a 2016 license that enables using the DAAL. All other Cluster tools however should work with your existing license. I'll provide more details in a private communication.

    Thank you Hubert for providing information on the educational license situation for XE 2016.  I look forward to hearing more about this in your private communication. 

But I am puzzled by what you say since my account on the Intel registration centre very clearly states that the product is available to me under my current subscription. 

On this basis, I uninstalled the old version and downloaded and installed the XE 2016 product. As you know this is a very lengthy process and I will not be pleased to find that I have wasted a lot of time doing this and will have to waste a lot more time undoing what I have done.  Surely, if the product is not available to me under my current subscription, the registration centre should not offer it.
