License checking

The application that I want to write is time critical.  After installation of the library product (MKL) in my case, I want to make sure that there is no latency when I start my code, before it "gets to work."

Does the licensing for the MKL apply to the application running, or just to the installation and the developers working on creating the final product?

e.g. If I get one other person to work on the code, I would need a license for 2 people/machines.  But when the code is run, can it run on a selection of other machines which do not connect to the license manager?

Boiling it down, I suppose, the question is: Are the licences used when developing the code only and not used when the code is run?

Thanks for any clarification.

Steven

The licenses are used when developing the code, not when the code is run, unless your application requires redistributables packages to run. Please check out our software development tools EULA and redistributables EULA for particulars.
