Hello,
The 2016 versions of Parallel Studio XE require a host ID for the license file, and I am unable to generate it without one. This is done automatically during the online install. If you want to do an offline install, you need to follow these steps: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/how-do-i-get-a-license-file-for-an-offline-installation-of-intel-parallel-studio-xe-2016.
If you need any help with that, let me know.
Thank you,
Jennifer

I have bought a licence for Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for C++ Linux*.
I have received the serial number for the latest version.
But I have to install the older version as 2013 update 1 on linux system. When I launcjh the installation, the software tells me that my serial number is incorrect. I have given the Host ID, to obtain the licence file, but this file concerns only the 2016 product version.
How can I obtain a licence file for the 2013 update 1 version ?
Many thanks
