License mess

Hi, I'm part of a team all suffering from a license mess. I'm not sure of the exact details of the other members of the team, but I've been sent first to try and sort out just my mess (which is similar to the others - they will follow), and this is it:

I use the Intel compiler, and have a license and an extension license. These were previously registered to a colleague who moved to another project and does not use the Intel compiler any more. Due to company takeover the email address she registered with no longer exists, and she has forgotten the password. This means she can't transfer the license to me. (other members of my team are also having problems transferring registration emails even with their account details) For the Intel 10 compiler I could use her lic files to do my work, but now we are upgrading to Intel 11 and I can't register my license key to download the software or activate the evaluation version.
Your help sorting this out would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Matthew.
