License not recognized

I purchased a new license sometime last year, but Intel does not seem to recognize it.  It was bought through a third party and they show a record of the purchase, but Intel does not seem to.

I need to resolve this in order to update my software.

Hi Earl,

I saw two academic licenses registered under your email.  One of them expired in 2011, and another will expire in Nov this year.  I'm resending the license file of the latter.  You should be able to install Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Windows* with it.

Thanks.
