We had Intel Fortran installed on a legacy system and the person who installed/registered retired years ago.

We still have the license and serial number, but when I try and perform the activation step for remote installation it tries to send the activation information to the legacy user who retired.

How can I retrieve the activation information or transfer ownership?

I have the "Thank you for registering" info (serial number, login ID, etc).
