ERROR: Load Failure KERNEL32.DLL,
kernel32.dll and other needed libraries exists in archive.
What I need to fix this?

Hello,

I've moved this thread because that's an operating system file, and not related to Parallel Universe.

I would recommend seeking support for your operating system from Microsoft*.
