Had the non-commercial version of Intel C++ compiler. Deleted the e-mail the the serial number. Would like to download it again so I have a fast, reliable kernel tuned for Intel architecture.

The easiest thing to do, would be to request another Non-Commercial product.
Go to:http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/non-commercial-software-development/ to request a new non-commercial product.
