Low Visual Memory

I dunno where to post this thread, sorry, but i think this is the right place to post this...

I haveMobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family with 251mb video memory

but i saw people with same graphic card with around 300mb+ video memory.

I have 1GB ram, and i dunno why this is happening, i want to play some new games but it's too choppy alot, i can't even pass the menu! i'm not a nerd or something like that, please help!

Can you tell me what OS you are using, and what game you are attempting to play please?

i Use Windows 7, and i'm to play battlefield 2, but higher graphic setting, currently playing on VERY LOW
