MCE error on BayTrail (E3827)

Hi:
We are doing  ESD test on E3827 platform,sudendly screen freezed and then os reboot,there are some log before reboot:

Disabling lock debugging due to kernel taint

Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal Machine check on current CPU
Shutting down cpus with NMI
Rebooting in 30 seconds..
ACPI MEMORY or I/O RESET_REG.

1.what kind of hardware error happend?
2.what the direct reason leading to this hardware error?
3.is this error having something to do with ESD testing?
