MPSS 3.3 in Arch Linux

MPSS 3.3 seems to work in Arch Linux: http://research.colfaxinternational.com/post/2014/08/20/Arch.aspx

We had to transplant some RHEL networking scripts and invent a custom service to get networking going. However, the procedure is not too specific to the Arch Linux configuration and can probably be applied to other distros as well.
