Messagebox appearing in new location

I have been playing with an application of mine which uses MESSAGEBOXQQ to display messages at various times. These have always been displayed centred in the application's main window. The message box is now appearing at the lower right corner. What could I have done to cause this change in behaviour?

I have shut down and restarted my PC and Visual Fortran Developer Studio.
The message boxes are now re-appearing centred. I guess I must have overwritten some system stuff when I was getting access errors during program development....oops.
