Multi-OS Engine Cloud Build for windows users

Hi,

I have a question about Configurating Cloud Build in Android Studio (https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/633232).
The problem is that when I get new version of Multi-OS Engine (from plugins in android studio -  latest version from this source is 1.2.1),
When i change configuration in "Run/Debug configuration" window,  I doesn't have a options like "Multi-OS Engine Cloud Build" to choose,  like in this tutorial -> https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/633232, I have a only "Multi-OS Engine iOS Application". 
My question is -  from which  source I should download Multi-OS Engine version with  Intel Cloud Build function? If this option is still available?
My android studio version is 2.3, OS - windows 7.
