Last month I attempted to renew, for the "extremely low price", my Intel Parallel Studio Composer license.
Three weeks later, CDW had still not delivered an electronic renewal. They blamed Intel when I called and then cancelled the account. Now, the "extremely low price" is not available to me through the website or through ISP because the contract expired.
Can someone at Intel help me purchase a renewal that will complete in less time than the three weeks CDW waited before I cancelled the order?
