Need to transfer license from one user to another

Hello,

I need to transfer a license for Intel C++ Compiler Professional Edition for Linux from another user to myself. I have recently been made responsible for maintaining the system on which the compiler is installed, and would like to move the license to my Intel Registration Center account so that I can update the compiler as required.

Please let me know how to proceed.
