New Unity 4.6f1 Release and fixing camera problems

Hi everyone,

A new version of Unity 4.6 called 4.6f1 was replaced today, to replace 4.6p1.

At the same time that a pop-up message appeared in my 4.6p1 installation to inform me of the new release, my project's camera controls started malfunctioning.  The mouth of my avatar would leap far from the jaw of the head instead of descending smoothly.  A little later, the shoulders started malfunctioning too and I was unable to lift the avatar arms up.

It was not just a problem that affected my current scene file, as I checked back through backups from previous days and they were afflected with the same problem, even though I had not recently made any changes to those files.  Eventually I resorted to downloading the new 4.6f1 version and re-importing the Unity Toolkit files from the SDK.  This fixed the problem and the project worked perfectly again.

So if you are still using 4.6 instead of 5 and having problems with your own project today, I recommend trying updating to the latest version of 4.6 and re-importing the Unity toolkit files as soon as the newly installed version is run for the first time.

Edit: it might be a good idea to try re-importing the Unity toolkit files first in the older 4.6p1 release if you are experiencing trouble and *then* download the new 4.6f1 and re-import the toolkit if it still doesn't work.
