No Upgrade button for Parallel Studio

I just bought and installed a license for Parallel Studio 2010 last week. On 9/2 I received an email saying I could upgrade to 2011 for free. When I follow the instructions in the email, I can't find any upgrade buttons with my serial numbers. Any ideas why? Was the message sent to me erroneously? Thanks.

Hi Brian,

This issue has been resolved in the Intel Registration Center by our registration group. Please follow the original instructions in the email notification you received - no additional steps necessary. Let us know if you have any problems. Appreciate your patience through this.
