Not Authorized to Access

Dear Sirs, we need to access the premium support page however every time that we try and connect to it we get the following message:

Not Authorized to Access

We have tried logging on using an incorrect username and password and we get a different error message.

Please can you help us to get access to this site?

Premier access requires you to set up a Premier account.  It's an extra step in the evaluation process, and there is a link in your Eval email.  I pulled the instructions here:

 

5. You will receive an email contains instructions on how to download the product. Click the download link.

6. On the download page, click on the "Click Here to Register" link below the Download Now button. It will lead you to "Account Creation" page.

7. Provide your Name and Login ID.

8. Enter a password in the "Password" box.

9. Enter the password again in the "Re-enter password" box.

10. Select a challenge question from the "Challenge Question" drop down list and provide a challenge answer in the "Challenge Answer" box. The challenge answer must be between 10 and 32 characters long.

11. Click the Create Account button.
