Hi,
I've checked your license info.
Every non-commercial license doesn't work anymore after it expires.
You can apply a new one for free.
Please refer to: https://software.intel.com/en-us/qualify-for-free-software.
Thanks and regards,
Soflen

By non-commercial we mean free licenses that are offered for: Students, Educators, Researchers and Open-source Developers. These licenses are good for one year and as opposed to commercial licenses that never expire (only the support expire if not renewed) do expire when the one year is up. If you still qualify for a free license you will have to apply again.
Regards,
Noga
