Not able to run sample browser programs

Hello,

I am getting below mentioned error.

I have tried mutiple times to reinstall and install RealSense SDK but when i try to run the sample program from sample browser i do it i am getting below error.it will be highly appreciated if someone can help me in this,

 

My System Spec:-

OS:- Windows 7 Professional with Service Pack 1

System type:- 64 bit operating system

RealSense SDK need windows 8.1. You can find detail info @https://software.intel.com/sites/landingpage/realsense/camera-sdk/2014gold/documentation/html/index.html?devguide_hardware_and_software_requirements.html
