OTA install on iOS from Build 2807 not Installing

Hi All,

My iOS build that's being mailed out as both private and public links are producing the error Download Failed: Safari cannot download this file on my iPhone 6s and no error, just a file .ipa download, no chance of installing it. Works fine on Android build.  XDK 2807 on Windows 10 machine.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Cheers,

K'shin

Not sure whats happening here. I saw this as well, but someone else did not.

Here is what I did to fix it.

1. cmd window - ipconfig /flushdns

2. in Chrome - delete cache and other cached stuff

Instantly my downloads started working.

1 above might be enough, but I did both and it worked fine.

Thanks John,

The issue is with the iPhones, so there's no cmd window or Chrome cache to flush in this use case.

The older versions of iOS allow for downloading the .ipa file, but no option of installing them. Last time I tried it a couple of weeks ago it downloaded and installed automatically like it had every time before.

Is the build producing a different file link than it used to?

Cheers
