Object Tracker 2D specification

Where can i find more informations about the 2D object tracker specifications?

What size/dimension should be the tracker file?
Which size should be the printed sample image?
What kind of pattern on an image can be best recognized and tracked?

For example:
I want to track simple numbers. So I've created some png tracker files, printed them und tried to track them.
But simple numbers/patterns are not recognized. More complex pattern like sample 19c.png are recognized sometimes.
Maybe special kind of patterns are better recognized.
Can you give me a receipt for a fast recognized pattern for a simple number?

Hi David,

I've had some other tests for object detection and tracking.
Attached are 4 QR Codes for the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4.

The camera is reacting very fast, but the QR codes aren't detected as different QR codes.
If I show one QR code to the camera all 4 images are detected.

My intention:
I want to have 20-50 different cards with numbers and letters.
Students/pupils can show one or two to the camera to react on actions.
On the foreside of the card is the number or letter (for the student) and on the backside is any pattern which the camera can unique identify.

So again. How can I create 50 different patters on cards which the camera can clearly identify.
I need an answer with the next week, please.
It is a little bit painful to create patterns on my own, print them and test if the camera can detect them clearly.

bg Dirk
