We have a legacy software product which uses the Intel MKL v9.0 and the Intel IPP Library v 5.1 and are not able to locate the product serial numbers that were used to install the MKL and IPP on a development machine. For various reasons, we are not able to update to the latest MKL and IPP versions.
Is there a way to obtain a valid product serial number for the versions we are using?

Hello,
Are you having issues with running the versions you currently have, or do you need access to the downloads for those versions? The only licenses that allow access to the older versions of MKL and IPP are the Parallel Studio XE licenses. Unfortunately even with that the versions available start with MKL 10.0 and IPP 5.3.
Regards,
Jennifer

Hi, thanks for the quick response.
We currently have the install disc's for the MKL and IPP versions that we need, but when we run the installer it asks for the product serial number, which I don't have. So we don't need to download them, just see if there is a way to get a valid product serial number for them.
Thanks,
Dave
