Package name of Windows is not compatible with the project name

Why the package name of Windows build is not compatible with the project name?

For example: my APP has the name PainelPRATICMini. See the name of each package:

Android Crosswalk: PainelPRATICMini.crosswalk.arm.20150320182305.apk

iOS: PainelPRATICMini.ios.20150320073049.ipa

but in Windows is different: CordovaApp.Windows80_0.0.17.0_AnyCPU (there isn´t the name of the project).

Is there any reason? It can be changed on build?

There should be project name in the .appx package. I've informed the Windows 8 build engineer about this.
