Parallel Studio XE 2015 Update 4

Hi,

I registered and downloaded a student licensed copy of Intel Parallel Studio XE 2015 Update 4. When I attempt to install the software on a Windows 8 with the serial number emailed to me, the following error occurred:

"Activation rights do not allow this software to be installed. This could be due to expired subscription or incompatible serial number."

How can i deal with this problem?
