I'm a student that just purchased the student versions of Parallel Studio and the Intel Software Development Suite for Windows from the International Software
Partners store. It's been more than 3 days and I have not received any links to download these packages. I have emailed ISP to no avail.

Did you already look at the 'Order Tracking' link at isp to get a status about your order?

Yes, I've looked for my order on the order tracking system and it says "Invalid Order Number/Country Combination."

No, it certainly doesn't.

I used the order number and country as shown on the billing/shipping information and order confirmation email.

I'm sorry, you need to evalaute this with isp and send an email (from the conatct address on the isp home) again if you didn't get an answer within reasonable time. If nothing helps, let me know. Hubert.

It looks like the issue has been solved. I got the information thatsometimes the automatic order confirmation from ISP gets stuck in the customers spam filter, which is probably what happened.
Could you please confirm?
