I purchased Parallel Studio and Cluster Studio with the download option. The download server is painfully slow. How can I get the CD-ROM copies of these softwares?
I was contacted by an Intel support employee through pm asking for my serial number. I haven't heard from her since then. I've sent her a pm also asking for the status. Could someone from the support look into this please?
