Perpetuate License For User

Hello,

I purchased an Intel Visual  Fortran Compiler for Windows license in October 2011 through TechXtend.

I’d like to perpetuate the software on new computer equipment: Same user, just new hardware.

I have the serial number for the software. When attempting to installed, process says serial number is expired.

I believe I can install with a license file via assistance through this forum.
