Portrait Landscape Build Options in Emulator/AppPreview

I checked up portrait only options in Project Build setting , but in the Emulate tab  or AppPreview this don't work .

Application change view after rotation, is it OK for Emulate tab  or it is a Bug?

Emulate tab ignores this, only applies to built app.
