I raised a ticket a week ago for a problem with System Studio and have not had any response from Intel - apart from the automated acknowledgement of the ticket. What is the expected response time for a Premier Support ticket? I couldn't find any information about SLAs.
Initial acknowledgement used to be quoted as within the first following non holiday but lately several months is not unusual. If you can discuss the issue and refer to it by number on an appropriate forum it may be helpful.
