Problem Download License File

I am trying to download my license file for Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran and C++ Linux, but when I click "Manage" I am taken to a page that says,

Error

Value cannot be null. Parameter name: s

Can you please help me fix this. I can provide my serial number if needed.
