Problem installing C++ Composer XE for Windows Update 5

I'm having a problem installing C++ Composer XE Composer for Windows Update 5. I think it is somehow related to licensing because when I went to the download site there was an odd message that some components might not install correctly because of my license being out of date even though it's good until December 2011. I downloaded it anyway but the installation failed part way through. I have a second license at my office so I went to the download site for that account and that one got the message that the license was out of date too even though that license is good until May 2012. Is there some problem with the license servers or something else I should do? I have the installation log if that helps, I don't want to post it now because I don't know if has the licensing information in it.

Thanks,
Ron
