I'm running into a problem with a license transfer: A co-worker transferred a current license for Visual Fortran to my account. I received an email saying:
"We appreciate your Intel product registration. There is a delay for the final configuration of your support account. Please wait approximately 1 hour and click here to complete the configuration. "
But that was a day ago, and the license hasn't been transferred yet. When I click on the link in the email, it sends me to a web page titled "Account Verification Incomplete" that also says to wait an hour. And since the transfer hasn't occurred, I don't have access to the Premium Support contact page. So I'm kind of stuck in limbo. Please advise!

Which is the serial number of the license that was transferred to you? Please reply using the "Send Author A Message" link to protect confidential data.
