Problem with Mobile Intel@ 965 in Toshiba A300-17N

Hi I have a problem with the graphics card of my toshiba with intel chipset 965 ... The video must be up to 358mb.... but i cant do it 358mb my statistics when i go to information screen on the display settings are:

DirectX* Version: 9.0
Physical Memory: 2038 MB
Minimum Graphics Memory: 8 MB
Maximum Graphics Memory: 128 MB
Graphics Memory in Use: 10 MB

How can I change it ...

PS: I am on windows XP i have installed the last drivers ...
