Problema Licencia de Intel® Thread Checker for Windows* e Intel VTune Performance Analyzer

Tenemos un problema con la licencia del programa Intel® Thread Checker for Windows*. Al iniciar la aplicacion nos aparece un mensaje que dice que uno o mas complementos no se estan cargando correctamente y pide reinstalar el programa. Ese procedimiento ya se hizo y sigue apareciendo el mismo mensaje.Si se le da aceptar a ese mensaje nos permite continuar en el programa y abrir un proyecto pero no se puede cargar los complementos de las categorias que tiene este programa, ya que si seleccionamos una nos manda otro mensaje que la licencia del programa Intel VTune Performance Analyzer no se ha encontrado. Ya hemos reinstalado el programa y aun siguen apareciendo esos mensajes.
