Problems with firefox

Perhaps this is the wrong forum, but I want to save other people from my headache.

It took me 2 days to figure out that I could not enter the registraition center because I was using Firefox - Internet explorer works fine.

The problem was not my lack of a serial number :(

I have had no trouble logging into the registration center using Firefox 3.5.9 (Linux) and 3.6 (Win XP), so there may be some Firefox settings or AV software settings that are responsible for your inability to do the same.
