Problems with igxprd32

Not even remotely sure where to stick this thread, if someone can direct me where it needs to go, it would be greatly appreciated.
We have a few dozen machines out there running DZ68DB boards and i5-2500 CPU's with XP Pro 32 as the OS, running surveillance software. Most have no monitors attached and are being accessed via network. The issue is that periodically when we attempt to service the machines, the resolution has dropped to 800x600, a popup stating the igxprd32 has stopped working, and a crash is reported to event viewer. The specifics of that are -- Error code 000000ea, parameter 1 89efbda8, parameter 2 8a3fe008, parameter 3 8a5720b0, parameter 4 00000001.
We know it is a graphics issue, and thought that perhaps adding a graphics card to bypass the integrated graphics would fix it. We have since put Sapphire Radeon HD 5450 and HD 6570 cards in a few of the machines. It fixes some, but not all.
We thought it may be an issue with the board chip combo, and have switched up to the DH77KC and i5-3450 chip. Same issue.
I have attempted to find answers across the web, and have turned up no dice. I am about to attempt a test using the 6.14.10.5407 driver update, since i have 2 of the dz68 builds and a dh77 build running in test mode right now. Any help or direction on this issue would be greatly appreciated
