Problems with installation of 6.6 upgrade

I have CVF 6.5A and attempted to installed the upgrade to 6.6 (I downloaded the upgrade). In the middle of the installation I got a message: Failure renaming/deleting file c:Microsoft Visual StudioDF98a.A116. The installation was interrupted with an advise to contact support. Did anybody had a problem like this? Thanks in advance. Jose Fink
