Programmatically identify Adapter with Blinking Led

Hi

Please can someone assist me. I am attempting to programmatically access Intel network adapters and mimic the Identify Adapter functionality found in Proset Desktop AdapterProperties. If you are unaware of this program, the program effectively allows you to select an Intel NIC on your system and physically identify which NIC it is by making the LEDs blink continously.

Any help on how I go about doing this would be greatly appreciated. I have scoured the Intel site to no avail thus far and haven't found any references to adapter configuration in any SDKs thus far.

Regards ,

Thisone is going to require that you have an NDA andwork withan Intel Product Representative. Here's how:

If your company has its own Intel representative, you may wish to inquire whether they are able to assist with this inquiry. Your company's Purchasing Department will normally have your Intel representative's contact information. If you have no contact, please see http://www.intel.com/buy/networking/design.htm under "Design Components".

If your location is not listed, please see an Intel Authorized Distributor and ask for a Field Application Engineer (FAE). Our Intel Authorized Distributor list is also linked from the URL above.
