Run sdk-info as admin (in the RSSDK) and submit the log here please.
Do you see a light on the camera?
How does it show in device manager (should show as 3 cameras)

Gopal,
I'm guessing from your processor's name that you're using a laptop. Am I right? Is the USB port you thought was 3.0 capable blue? Who manufactured your system and when was it built?

Jack

yes sir you were right. it is laptop. It's ACER E1-571-53234G50Maks was built on 16/01/2013. and it doesn't contain blue port. I was thinking that one port is USB 3.0, when i was purchasing it, than i saw this information on a website that it contain's one USB 3.0 also, that's why i was thinking. but now i just checked in device manager also. it is USB 2.0. All laptop's port are 2.0
Any suggestion or any help if you can .

If you won a NUC .... use it.
If not, I think the only solution you have is to buy a new laptop (computer, NUC, whatever) with an Intel 4th generation CPU and USB3 (Intel, for best chances to work).

Gopal,
Assuming I found the correct manuals for your system on the Acer website, it looks like it does not have an ExpressCard slot, which is too bad because there is at least one USB 3.0 adapter (from StarTech) that might work.
I can see from the website why you thought your laptop had USB 3.0.
However, I don't think your system will work. But, maybe I missed something.
I built an i5 NUC that is working with the camera; it's running Windows 10 and Visual Studio 2015.
Best of luck.

Jack

Carles sir , i never won a NUC, if there is anyway to win it or get it, please tell me. I will try my best, because this project is very important for me, barely i got this opportunity. So if there is anyway to get NUC or by working with intel, if i will get NUC let me know, please.
Thank you.
And Jack ketola sir, you mean if i use that NUC with i5 laptop which have window 10 with visual studio 2015, than i can keep working on this project.Am i right?but sir that NUC is out of my budget, can i get one from you? i will give back it to you

Gopal,
I was trying to suggest that you could build an i5 NUC, and install Windows 10 and Visual Studio 2015 to save some money, since you can't use your laptop.
I'm not a vendor, and I don't have extra NUCs to lend.

Jack

Well, in theory you should still be able to compile a working app in your machine. You will just not be able to test it even once :)

The NUC's prizes was part of the first phase of the App Challenge. Sorry :-(
But you can always build a "cheap" computer with 4th generation and USB3 for 300-400 $.

This is just a thought, but it in theory it should be possible to have one machine with a camera attached to it, and having remote desktop connections to it, allowing developers without cameras or proper computers to develop apps using virtually any computer.
