Hi, I am currently a student. I had a non-commercial license but it has recently expired. Now I want to apply for a new non-commercial license and am trying get the Intel® Parallel Studio XE from this link in this page. But I am redirected to this error page, saying that I should provide a serial number first. I don't understand how to get a serial number before having a new license. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Ziyuan,
Please try to register for a new student license again from this page: https://software.intel.com/en-us/qualify-for-free-software/student
May be the page was down over the weekend when you tried to register.
Regards, Hubert.

Hi Hubert,
I still got the error if I click the link https://registrationcenter.intel.com/stuform.aspx?productid=2159 under the text "Get Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition (includes Fortran and C/C++):". Or was I clicking the wrong link for registration? Thank you.
Best regards,
Ziyuan

Ziyuan,
You are right. The Student registration is obviously broken. I'll report this incident.
Hubert.

Hi Hubert,
It still doesn't work on my side. Should I click the links under "Get Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition (includes Fortran and C/C++):"?
Or is it possible that my account is not in a good state? Thank you.
