Regarding the app size - if there are any constraints for submission

I went through the lengthy rules document very carefully just now and could not find anything about a limitation on how large the application can be.

The main stated limitations were that (a) images submitted as supporting evidence in the final should not be more than 25 mb in size, and (b) if the video submitted with your application is longer than 5 minutes then the judges will stop watching at the 5 minute point, so don't make the video more than 5 mins long or you'll be wasting your time and effort!

Also, I can't understate how long and detailed the rules covering the final are, so make a note to review them really carefully as soon as you are confirmed as a finalist!
