Registering Old Licenses never registered before?

I tried to register three licenses to Intel® Fortran Composer XE for Linux my company bought in December of 2011 but never registered.  When I try to register, I get a message from the site saying something along the lines of "You cannot register as this product was never registered.  Please contact technical support."

Please help?
