Hi.

I am working on an embedded based research project that we aim to include Intel® RealSense™ Camera (R200).... however we found that it was not yet released in the market to be sold.... I was wondering... when can I expect it to be released to adjust the timeline of the project ? ... I need a date even if approximately.

Another point.... I need to connect the camera to a micro-computer of the following list:

  1. Acer Revo RL80-UR22
  2. ASRock VisionX 420D
  3. Gigabyte Brix BXi7-4500
  4. Intel NUC DC3217IYE (Ivy Bridge)
  5. Intel NUC D54250WYK (Haswell)
  6. LGX ML300
  7. Zotac  Zbox Nano ID65 Plus

Can you please let me know what are the best options found in this list... preferably list all compatible devices and if you recommend any other micro-computer... let me know ?

I need also to know what is the power source of the camera ? is it the USB or an independent power socket ? ... and if the power statistics available as well.

And if you are about to release the android sdk in a specific date... please let me know as well.

Thanks a lot.

I use the Intel NUC D54250WYK (Haswell). I think good enough for a camera integrated into R200. But there are some drawbacks that can not play games that require heavy labor realsense. only a few can be played on Intel NUC D54250WYK (Haswell). But on the use of software such as 3DMax and Engine game quite capable.
