Hello, I have a user trying to re-install Intel Visual Fortran Compiler Pro after upgrading to Windows 7 however they get an error stating their licence is expired.
I have the serial number of the licence but from what I can find out I need a licence file as well? Can a replacement licence file be supplied? Or if the issue is something else can help be provided to get my user running again.
Thanks, Nathan

Nathan,
The user can install Visual Fortran Compiler versions which were released within the support period specified in the license file.
For expired licenses you need the license file for installing the Compiler. Remote activation services don't work for expired licenses.
If you need more help, let me know the serial number and which version of the Fortran Compiler shall be installed. Please answer via 'Send Author A Message' to protect confidential information.
Regards, Hubert.
