No, in the current incarnation of the site software, you must wait until someone asks you to send your serial number in a private response.   You could use the site https://registrationcenter.intel.com to have a fresh license file emailed to you.

I recently registered for a non-commercial licence for Parallel Studio and have tried everything I could find in the forums to get my licence file, but to no avail. I checked the registration centre page, but cannot find this mysterious 'Manage' link/button in order to email myself the file. Could someone from Intel email me my licence key?

There is something wrong with https://registrationcenter.intel.com/
After logging in it should look like this http://i.imgur.com/6lIKzZZ.png

But instead "Log In" button is still active and there is no manage options. I got my serial number by e-mail but I need license file to setup the software on my Linux machine.

Hello Randy,

As to licensing problem ,you can send your serial number to me by 'Send author a message' ,then I will send you the license file.

Thank you.

On my Fedora 20 system, I am unable to install the latest version of the compiler. Installer is not able to do it online, while if I do it offline, it asks for a license file. When I use the 'Resend license file to my email' link to get the license file, I do get an e-mail from Intel, but with no license file attached. Therefore, I request you send me the license file by e-mail so that I can proceed with the installation.

regards
