S1200BT: Hardware error from APEI Generic Hardware Error Source: 1

We have a new Intel® Server System R1304BT with BIOS 41;1.16;1.16 running CentOS 6.4 which reboots or hungs randomly.
The issue occurs with other OS as well (i.e Debian, Ubuntu, SLES). Here is the crash dump during reboot:
