S5530SC + OSX server10.6.6

Hello Folks
Just built a pc with an Intel mbd. S5520Sc with a couple of X5670 xeons 12GB mem ati 5970 graphic card.
Need to load OSX server 10.XX andrequires instructions on how to go about loading said software.
Any help would be appreciated.
