SIMULATE tab does not change page after refresh

Simulate tab only shows one page (Index.html) per project, it never changes after changing to a new page(about.html) or clicking refresh, the only other option to change it is to change to a new project. How do I resolve this?

I solved this problem by creating a link to my pages (menu) and clicking on the page I want debug in the debug mobile device
