SQLite do not build in WIndows 8 Cordova

I am build the same APP in Crosswalk Android, iOS and Windows.

I use third-party plugins: google-analytics-plugin (github) and io.litehelpers.cordova.sqlite (registry Cordova).

Buildings in Cordova Android and iOS, everything is OK. In Windows, the build fail with an error in sqlite plugin (failed to install). 

I tried to use the same plugin at github, but the issue is the same.

How I can build this in Windows? What O need to do?
